Who we are

"Kame House", "we", "us" refers to Kame House Solutions FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which operates the Raichu.ai automation platform. We are the data controller for personal information processed through kamehouse.ai, the Raichu.ai platform, and the services we deliver to clients.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the relationship:

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, company — when you book a call, send a brief, or sign a statement of work.
• Project information you share while we work together — assets, access credentials, content, feedback.
• Usage data from our sites — pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, device and browser type, timestamps.
• Billing details needed for invoicing and tax compliance.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data (health, religion, biometrics, etc.) and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and schedule intro calls.
• To deliver, support and improve the services you've engaged us for.
• To issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
• To monitor site performance, detect abuse, and keep our infrastructure secure.
• To send you occasional, relevant updates about our work — only if you've opted in.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we rely on one of: contract (to deliver the services you've asked for), legitimate interests (to run and protect our business), legal obligation (tax, accounting, anti-fraud), or consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time).

Sharing & processors

We don't sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors who help us operate, under written data-processing agreements:

• Hosting & infrastructure (e.g. Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS).
• Communication tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Calendly).
• Analytics and error monitoring (e.g. Plausible, Sentry).
• Payment and invoicing providers (e.g. Stripe, Wise).
• Professional advisers (accountants, auditors, lawyers) where required.

We may also disclose information when legally compelled to, or to protect rights, property or safety.

Cookies & analytics

Our sites use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and preference cookies load only after you accept them via the cookie banner. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't profile individuals or sell data.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it: enquiries for up to 24 months, project records for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (to meet tax and audit obligations), and analytics in aggregated form. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, single sign-on with multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring through Kame House Live. No system is perfect, but if we suspect a breach affecting your data we'll notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted in secure data centres compliant with ISO 27001 standards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• Confirm what data we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

Email privacy@kamehouse.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

International transfers

We operate from the UAE and work with clients and processors around the world, so your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. When we do this we rely on appropriate safeguards — Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone in that age group. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices, services, or the law evolves. The "Effective" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email.

Meta Platform data handling

This section explicitly addresses our compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

A. Data we access

• Profile information: Name and profile picture (only to display in your dashboard).
• Conversations: Message content from WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger (strictly for routing to your inbox).

B. Limited use policy

We use Platform Data solely to provide the messaging automation and aggregation service requested by you. We do not use Platform Data for surveillance, unauthorized marketing, or lending qualification.

C. No sale of data

We do NOT sell, license, or purchase any data obtained from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to or from any third party (data brokers, ad networks, etc.).

Data deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

How to delete your data:

• Log in to your Raichu dashboard and navigate to Settings > Delete Account.
• Or visit our Data Deletion Request page.
• Or email us at info@kamehouse.ai.

Upon request, all data associated with your Meta connected accounts (access tokens, message history) is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.
